What Is Your Cashflow Pattern?

 

In order to understand the three basic cash flow patterns, you must first understand the
difference between Assets and Liabilities.

 

An asset is something that will put money in your pocket every month. An example of this is a business or investment that will give a continues Cashflow in your pocket.

 

 

A liability is something that will take money out of your pocket every month. This idea also touches on the difference between earned income and passive income...

 

 

 

Cashflow Pattern of the Poor

 

 

 

A poor pattern is characterized by a lack of financial education. In this section people only know to work for money, so the focus in this section is on earned income (working for money).

At this point income is usually small, and there is very little control over expenses. Earned income flows in, and flows entirely
back out to short term expenses.

 

 

 

Cashflow Pattern of the Middle Class

 

 

In the middle class pattern there is also a lack of financial education. The middle class try to improve their financial position by focusing more aggressively on their earned income. Unfortunately, money does not make you rich.

Their income is usually a little bigger, and they have leaned to control expenses that are needless or excessive. Earned income flows in, and flows back out to expenses and long term liabilities (such as a car or home). Not knowing what else to do, anything left over is usually parked in a portfolio
for retirement.

 

 

Cashflow Pattern of the Wealthy

 

A wealthy pattern is established through a journey of financial education. Wealthy individuals build and manage systems that produce their income for them. These systems are all assets.

Expenses and liabilities are controlled, and excess cash is used to establish additional
assets.

The smaller systems figured out and used in the beginning are improved upon and used to finance the next, bigger deals. In this way people with a wealthy pattern have money work for them and aggressively increase their wealth.

5 Types Of Dreamers

1.  Dreamers who dream in the past.There are many people whose greatest achievements in life are behind them. A person who dreams in the past is a person whose life is over. That person needs to create a dream in the future, in order to come back to life. Their best days are behind them.

2.  Dreamers who dream only small dreams. These types of dreamers will dream only small dreams because they want to feel confident they can achieve them. The problem is, even though they know they can achieve them, they never do achieve them.

 

3.   Dreamers who have achieved their dreams and have not set a new dream. This type of Dreamer is someone who has successfully achieved his dream and continues to live in the dream. Many people are in professions they dreamed of in high school. The problem is they have been out of high school for years. Its time for a new dream and a new adventure.

 

4.   Dreamers who dream big dreams but do not have a plan on how to achieve them. So they wind up achieving nothing. These are people who say, “I’ve just had a major break through. Let me tell you about my new plan.” “This time things will be different.” Or “I’m going to work harder, pay off my bills and invest.”

Very few people achieve their dreams on their own. People like this often try to achieve a lot, but they try and do it on their own. People like this should keep dreaming big, find a plan, and find a team that will help them make their dreams come true.

 

5.    Dreamers who dream big dreams, achieve those dreams, and go on to dream bigger dreams.I think that most of us would like to be this kind of person. These are the person who dream big dreams and who would love to support others in achieving their big dreams.

My Life Journey To My Dreams And In The World Of Abundance

My name is Ralf Roger Tagao.  I was born in San Mariano Isabela in a poor family and I’m the eldest among six (6) siblings.  Through hardwork and persistence with the help of my parents, I became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) October 2005 at the age of 21.  I then worked from various companies, being in audit for almost 3 years and in private companies since then.  I’ve helped to assist my other siblings financially in their way to become professionals also.  From that time on, because of wanting to be a great significance someday, I started to invest in agriculture in our province, bought some parcel of agricultural land and planting corn.  I really wanted to become Entrepreneur because I know for a fact that my dreams will only be achieve being in business.  In my small way to become Entrepreneur at an early age while having a job, It didn’t turned-out successful.  Most of my experiences caused embarrassment but I’ve accepted a reality that on my way to my dreams, challenges and failures will be part of it.  I just see the reality that being employed alone won’t give me my dreams.  I don’t want to be like my boss, staying longer hours in office and doesn’t have control with his own time.  I just want to have time freedom so that I can spend the rest of my life with my family and doing philantrophic works and adding value to other peoples’ lives.

In my quest to Financial Freedom, I’ve met a community called Create Abundance Business Community, last quarter of 2009 when I’m in search of a group of people that will help me succeed financially and achieve my Big Dreams.  A dream to leave a Legacy to my family, relatives, community, country and to God, helping and adding value to other people’s lives through foundation. 

I was then browsing a website of Brother Bo Sanchez and came to a link connecting to Create Abundance 2020 website.  I was really so glad to meet this community.  According to Robert Kiyosaki (Best-selling author and US millionaire), in our way to success, we need to find environment and group of people who have the same desire as we do.  I really believe that financial success is like climbing on the top of the mountain where success is located.  But in your way to it, a lot of challenges will gonna happen.  In your way climbing, you can climb alone, you can climb with a Team and you can climb with a Team and Mentor that will guide you in your Journey.  The hard way is to climb alone there, but when you climb with a team, it would be much better. But it would be best to climb and reach the top with a winning team and a Mentor.  And that is what I’ve found in this community.

I was touched by the community mission to spread financial education throughout the country and other parts of the world where there are Filipinos.  This is so heroic and I really love my country and being of service to others is I believe one of the Highest Purpose in life.  The Community also shared its Vision to create Team Made Millionaires by year 2020 through the Power Investing Plan and Life Entrepreneurship Program.  This really inspires me to be with this community w/c serves as my vehicle in business.

It is because that I was attracted with the mission and vision that I’ve decided to be part of this dynamic CORE TEAM and schedule myself for their public gatherings (Wealth Course and Cashflow workshop).  I’ve attended first the Wealth Course (discovering, understanding and reconditioning my mindset and money operating system), wherein I learned how the wealthy got to be wealthy.  I’ve also attended CashFlow wherein I learned Cashflow management and how to achieve time and money freedom.  I’ve finished the entire process with the help of my mentors.  It’s not that easy task but I learned a lot from those experiences. 

Becoming a Core Team is just a beginning of my Journey to Financial Freedom.  This is the time to build my dreams with a team and mentor.  This is the moment to serve others through Financial Education.  This is an avenue to add value to those who also want to succeed in life and business.  This is the place wherein you will become a better person.  This is the community w/c I consider my 2^nd family.
